The Weekender, at Hebron Hall
Hebron Hall is a classic and substantial Victorian building set in 7 acres of breath-taking grounds, including a beautiful Rose Garden to wander around during your downtime. Its simple and cosy sleeping quarters within the private 'Potters House' section, will promote rest, relaxation, and recovery each night throughout the weight loss camp. Physical Fitness

Every workout and activity is strategically scheduled to maximise your fitness results. You will start your day with a Morning Metabolic Booster – a 45 minute moderate to high-intensity workout designed to burn fat and boost your metabolism, served up by seasoned trainers Anna Reich and Raquel Martinez.

There will be four bouts of exercise throughout the day, broken up by snacks, meals and well-deserved downtime. The exercise will vary, including:

 

  • Weight-training

  • Aerobic sessions

  • Yoga

  • Pilates

  • Various outdoor excursions, on and off-site. 

 

The focus on weight training is pivotal in our practice, as supported by a key fitness truth: The more lean muscle we have, the more calories we burn at rest. Not to mention, the stronger and more capable we will be at tackling everyday life – be it running for the bus, or opening a jar of honey. (Yes, we approve of honey!)

Mental Fitness

One of your daily workouts will be ‘Brain Training’.  The aim of these sessions is to educate individuals about why we’re doing what we’re doing and prescribing at balanced bodies weight loss camp. This knowledge and deeper understanding will motivate you to live a happy and healthy life for years to come.​

Nutrition

Whole grain, fibre-rich, high protein food is served daily from a menu that has been carefully designed by Laura. Each tasty meal and snack will be selected using the main principles of nutrition that supports healthy weight loss and maintenance. You will receive a recipe sheet with each meal that will explain the ingredients and nutritional content. 


By the end of the week, you should have a bundle of recipes to help you make a smooth transition back into a healthy life after balanced bodies weight loss camp with your new fitness mindset.
