BBWC Head Trainer
This inaugural balanced bodies weight loss camp is the brainchild of Anna Reich - a Cardiff-based personal trainer and the owner of Anna Reich Personal Training.
Anna qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008 but prior, she worked in public relations in London. Despite “loving the job” and thriving at building strong and trustworthy relationships with the media folk, there was something missing… More squats!
Personal Training enabled Anna to combine her two passions: People and Health.
Since qualifying as a personal trainer, Anna regularly contributes to leading media outlets as well as appearing regularly on TV and Radio in Wales. The cameras are often rolling at her unique studio on the historic Cathedral Road in Pontcanna, Cardiff, a favourite training spot for well-known TV folk and secretive visiting celebrities.
“I am passionate about what I do and feel that the more people I can reach and convert to a life of health and fitness, the better. Life can be tough but I am certain that it’s better when you’re fit and healthy. This is everyone’s right!”
If you’re starting your fitness journey from scratch; or if you’re in need of a caring, and confident kick up the backside, please come and meet Raquel Martinez.
Raquel is a Level 6 Health and Exercise Specialist. This is an advanced certification that enables Raquel to offer preventative and post-rehabilitative fitness programmes to those recovering from a variety of injuries, disability, disease and/or treatments. Only those personal trainers with a four-year Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects are eligible to take this particular exam.
As well as her academic excellence in health and fitness, Raquel has been personal training and managing various fitness establishments for over 7 years and is as passionate as they come in furthering and nurturing her clients’ welfare and progress.
“I can’t wait to meet everyone at the BBWC! I am a little bit obsessed with helping people achieve their best and healthiest life and if I can do this to some Latin beats – all the better! See you in September guys.”
